One of their sources of transportation requests come through broker portals. Datacraft’s customer has a proprietary trip management system that is the core operational platform. Trips from each broker platform required two-way data synchronization to ensure the end customer would have near real-time updates about their transportation request they made directly with the broker. Each broker platform has unique data sharing methods. Datacraft built the data pipelines to connect the platforms.

The results was improved response time to confirm transportation requests from the brokers and reduce the loss of requests to other service providers due to response time. In addition, the manually effort required to reviewing each broker trip request from the portal and schedule the request in their backend trip management system was practically eliminated, freeing up for time for more beneficial activities.
